Room Rates (all rates are inclusive of breakfast)

Single Occupancy Room	Euro 140 per night
Double Occupancy Room	Euro 89 per night per guest

All attendees, including session chairs and speakers, must register and pay the registration fee. One-day or partial registration is not available.
The registration fee for students and regular participants covers coffee breaks between the sessions, the welcome reception on May 25, the excursion to Ephesus and lunch box on May 27, the gala dinner on May 28, and lunches on May 26, 28 and 29.
Registered accompanying persons or spouses are eligible for all workshop amenities and social events except for lunches and coffee breaks. They can opt for the inclusion of lunches at an additional fee of €100. In this case their registration fee will be charged as €275.
The cost of accommodation and shuttle transfers between hotel and airport are not included in the registration fee.
Cancellation Policy

When a registration is cancelled after 14^th of May, half of the registration fee and half of the transfer fee (if applicable) can be refunded.

Cancellations requested after 14^th of May are not eligible for any refund or reimbursement.
